Data stored on your device

Sudoku Cells stores game progress, completed puzzles, notes, preferences, theme and audio settings, statistics, streaks, and a cached record of your Remove Ads entitlement locally on your device. This information is used to run the game and remember your choices. The app disables Android backup and device-to-device transfer for this local game data.

Information we do not ask you to provide

Sudoku Cells has no account or login system. The app does not request access to your contacts or request Android permission for precise or approximate device location, camera, microphone, photos, videos, music, or other files. It does not use Firebase Analytics or a Nodding Panda cloud database.

Google services used by the app

The game uses Google-provided software for advertising, privacy choices, and optional purchases. Google may process information under its own privacy terms when these features are available.

Your privacy choices

• Use the in-game privacy entry in Settings to review available Google advertising choices.
• Choose whether to watch an optional rewarded ad; rewarded ads do not begin without your action.
• Purchase Remove Ads to suppress banner ads and automatic completion interstitials. Optional rewarded features may remain available.
• Reset local progress from within the app where offered, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove locally stored data.
• Use Android and Google account controls to manage advertising settings available for your device and region.

Retention, sharing, and security

Local game data remains on your device until you reset it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Information processed by Google is retained under Google’s own policies and the settings that apply to your account, device, region, and consent choices.

We do not sell information that you directly provide to us. Information may be processed by Google as our service provider or independent controller for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and rights of users, the public, or our business.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small offline-first game, but no device, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Sudoku Cells is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to create an account or directly submit personal information to us. Advertising and purchase services may process information as described above. Parents or guardians with a concern may contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version at this address and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or its store listing when appropriate.
